Barcelona, ​​1st September, 2017 – The fifth Superprestigio Dirt Track promises the high doses of show and emotion that are characteristic of it since its first edition, held in January 2014. Featured riders from the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 World Championships – in addition to the best American and European dirt-track specialists – will once again face each other on the oval of the Palau Sant Jordi. The spectacle of speed and skids, in a show characterized by its fast pace, is served.

The Superprestigio Dirt Track 2017 also presents the added incentive of being edition of tiebreaker in the duel maintained between the European and American riders. So far each continent adds two victories: Europe won in the even editions of the Superprestigio (2 and 4) and the United States in the odd (1 and 3).

This show, which has been revealed as a perfect closing of the season, brings together a handful of world champions, both speed and offroad disciplines. All of them, initially in different categories, fight in several qualifying rounds to get into the Superfinal, the race that crowns the absolute winner of the Superprestigio Dirt Track.

On dirt-track, races are very short and intense. The contacts in such a reduced track space are frequent.
